Aquarius
For the Week of March 29, 2009
Life’s going to be one long party this week, Aquarius. But watch out – the thing about weeks is that start out fast and gain speed and before you know it you’ve been up for four days and ended up on some guy’s roof in Brooklyn.
Not to say that won’t be fun. I mean, that sounds like fun, and it will be. You’re going to want to talk to everyone, go everywhere, take everyone up on every invitation – in fact, wasn’t there a book about that recently? Some woman said yes to every invitation extended to her for an entire year. All she got was tired.
And there’s the rub. You’ll have a little more fun than she did – I mean, let’s face it, it’s easier to keep up that pace for a week than it is for a year – just get some sleep. At the end of the week you’ll be able to process all of those new experiences and incorporate them into your idea of where your life’s going. For the moment? Settle back, enjoy, stay flexible, go with the flow. And for heaven’s sake – get some rest.
For the Week of March 22, 2009
Consider, this week, a baseball player renegotiating a contract – or, if you’re not so sports-minded, an AIG executive renegotiating theirs. It’s got to be pretty damn hard to stand up and fight for what you think you’re worth – even if you’re not totally convinced yourself. And yet, your future depends on the results of the whole charade.
You may be preoccupied at first, this week, with what your value is. Because you’re an Aquarius, and not as self-centered as some of us, this may be expressed more in abstract terms than practical ones – that is, you’ll be less worried about salary than about your perceived worth to society at large. This may express itself in terms of practicalities – after all, salary is indicative of your value to your superiors to some extent – but is more likely, given other transits, to manifest as worry about your personal worth.
But don’t worry. Things will come together quietly, but they will come together, and mid-week, you’ll start to feel the results. By the end of the week, you’ll have built up enough confidence that you’ll be feeling incredibly sociable and are due to have a fun weekend. Enjoy – you deserve it!

It’s time for one of your infamous Eureka! moments, Aquarius. Your mind’s going to feel so sharp this week, it’s going to blow you away. Talk with your neighbors, relatives, doorman, anyone who comes your way – they’ll be a source of inspiration this week. It’s a good time to stop someone on the street to ask them for directions, or to strike up a conversation with that barista – you never know where the next great idea’s going to come from.
You’ll be especially savvy regarding things that you value – not necessarily money, particularly for someone of your temperament. Community might be one of these values; academia might be another. It would be a good time to get involved in something like a public art project, for example.
You’re going to feel like life’s on fast-forward right now, which is okay. Go with the flow. You never know what you’ll find.
