Top Myths About Leos
Ohhh, astrologers do not like to get on Leo’s bad side. Let’s face it: no sign likes to read about themselves more. Which, I guess, leads us to our first myth, so I’ll hold my breath and dive in:
Myth: Leos are narcissistic
Reality: Leos have just taken one of the driving energies of society and appropriated it for their own purposes. These people do have a tendency to make it all them them them, all the time – but the flip side of this is a tendency to really care about those they’re close to – they’ll see you as an extension of themselves.
Myth: Leos are talkative
Reality: I’ve stumbled across a couple of really withdrawn Leos in my day. But I’ll tell you what my theory is: they’ve just found it’s the best way to draw attention to themselves.
Myth: Leos are show-offs
Reality: Left to their own devices, Leos will spend an extraordinary amount of time and energy on themselves, which probably gives rise to this myth. However, Leos are also the most generous, kind souls you could wish for and genuinely want to share what they’ve done and who they are with you.
Myth: Leos are perfect
Reality: A myth perpetuated by astrologers and Leos themselves, Leos are NOT, in fact, perfect. However, Leo energy is so productive, so fun to be around, so proud and rambunctious and protective and zany, that it’s easy to see how this myth came about.
