Top Pisces Myths

Sure, there are tons of myths about Pisces – Pisces is too spaced out to spend any energy worrying about them or refuting them, right?  Right?  Am I right?

Myth: Pisces are escapists

Reality: Pisces are fascinated with all sides of the mind – not just day to day realities, and especially not just THEIR day to day realities.  So, while they might enjoy fantasy movies and Harry Potter a little bit more than the average person, this just makes them nerds – not pathological.

Myth: Pisces are druggies

Reality: Pisces will try anything once and most things over and over again.  Pisces is open to anything – which can be a problem, because these people DO have addictive personalities.  Pot for some reason seems to be a real issue with Pisces.  However, this tendency can be easily overcome by any sort of forceful placement in the rest of the chart – after all, is one out of every twelve people you know a drug addict?

Myth: Pisces are manipulative

Reality: Yeah, RIGHT.  I think you might be getting Pisces confused with Scorpio, who – let’s face it – kind of is.  Pisces can just be drawn every which way by their passing emotions.  They don’t mean to cause anybody any harm, and certainly wouldn’t want anybody to do anything that doesn’t feel right.

Myth: Pisces are sentimental

Reality: Pisces are so sentimental, so sugar-coated they’ll make your teeth ache.  Listen to them, though – they may have something there.  As far as nostalgia is concerned, nobody can hold a candle to a Pisces for painting a romantic picture.  This is actually a great skill – and the reason why there are so many successful Pisces writers and artists.
