It’s amazing that any Sagittarius has stayed in any place long enough for misconceptions to even arise about them. Oh, wait – there I go, buying into these things again. Well –
Myth: Sagittarians are flaky
Reality: Not if they’re interested, they’re not. Sagittarius can probe into any topic with all of the obsession and fervor of Scorpio or Taurus – whether they’re interested in that topic ten years later is a different story. These people are the most likely to have half-completed stamp collections and journals ending on January 2nd of every year.
Myth: Sagittarians are coarse
Reality: No, they’re not. Interestingly, while some tend to think this of Sagittarius, others posit that these are the real ‘noblemen’ of the Zodiac. Let’s just say that Sagittarius gets a kick out of making people giggle with bawdy jokes. They don’t have a real taste for the disgusting – not like Scorpio does, anyway.
Myth: Sagittarians are happy optimists
Reality: There’ve been many Sagittarians with their own powerful dark sides. In general, this sign will give to its members the outlook that everything will always work out okay, in the end – this won’t prevent moments of depression or negativity, though – particularly when the Archers’ adventures have been in any way thwarted!
Myth: Sagittarians are bad with money
Reality: If they’re unlucky, sure – but luck is one of the trademarks of this sign. It’s easy come, easy go for Sagittarius, and if the scales swing to the latter end of that duality, no matter – Sagittarius knows they’ll come back around again, sooner or later.
