Scorpio is THE SIGN of myth. Nobody’s to blame for this, however, except Scorpios themselves! They love that aura of mystery. . . and let’s face it, some of these misconceptions don’t make them come off looking all that bad.
Myth: Scorpios are scary
Reality: Of COURSE people think Scorpios are scary. Scorpios want you to think that, for heaven’s sake. Nobody wants to mess with someone scary; think it over. In reality, though, nobody’s kinder to people they consider “on their side.” Getting on their side, though, and proving that you’re there – that can take years.
Myth: Scorpios are oversexed
Reality: Well, who doesn’t like sex? In a lot of Scorpios, however, this can manifest itself in different ways – Scorpios are the masters of taking that sexual energy and pouring it into other outlets. Many successful business people, in fact, are Scorpios for this very reason.
Myth: Scorpios hold incredible grudges
Reality: Well, they do – however, they’re also likely to forgive those close to them for seemingly unforgivable things, time after time. Watch out, though – these people operate under the principle of the straw that broke the camel’s back – forget to pick up the groceries one time after several larger betrayals, and you’re toast.
Myth: Scorpios are obsessed with taboo topics
Reality: These people just like mysteries, in any form. If society didn’t think certain things were so taboo, there would be no mystery around them and Scorpio would quickly lose all interest.
Myth: Scorpios are anti-social
Reality: Nope. Well. Only if there’s absolutely no chance that the social occasion will get them laid.
